Returns & Withdrawal Policy

You may return items from Germany, Austria, or the Netherlands within 14 days of receipt.

How to request a return:

To receive your free return label, please email us at jan@doyoufeelme.de and include:

• Your order number
• A short reason for return (e.g. wrong size, not satisfied, etc.)

We will then send you a DHL return label via email. The return label must be printed and clearly attached to the parcel.

You can use this return process regardless of the shipping method you originally selected.

Return fee

We deduct a €5.90 processing fee from your refund for each return shipment.

Exceptions:

• If your total order value was over €150 and you keep at least one item, the return is free of charge.

Returns from other countries

We currently do not cover return shipping costs from outside of Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, or Switzerland.

If you are returning from a non-EU country, the return package must be clearly marked as a “Return” on the customs declaration.

Please note:

• We do not accept return shipments that generate customs fees.
• Parcels with unpaid duties will be rejected at the border.
