Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after receipt.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email.

We ship worldwide from Germany.

Shipping Costs

Germany, Austria & the Netherlands

• DHL: €5.90 (Free shipping from €150 order value)
• UPS: €7.90

Italy, France, Spain, Belgium & Luxembourg

• FedEx: €13.90 (Free shipping from €150 order value)

Switzerland

• Swiss Post: CHF 9.90
• → No import fees: your order will be delivered duty-free

Other EU countries

• FedEx: €9.90 – €14.90
• → All taxes and duties are included in the product price

Non-EU countries

• FedEx: €24.90
• → Additional import duties, taxes, or VAT may apply based on your country’s regulations.
• These costs are not included in your order and must be paid by you upon delivery.
• We do not withhold duties at checkout and cannot estimate the charges in advance. Contact your local customs authority for details.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Free returns with label request (email to jan@dyfm.janandrecht.de):

• Austria
• Netherlands
• Switzerland

A €5.90 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions: If your original order value was above €150 and you keep at least one item, no return fee applies.

For all other countries, return shipping is at your own expense. Please clearly mark the package as "Return" to avoid customs issues.
