These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between
DOYOUFEELME, Owner: Max Hendrik Wessel, Wrangelstraße 12, 24536 Neumünster, Germany
(hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and consumers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) via the online store at
www.doyoufeelme.de.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§13 BGB).
Orders can be placed by customers residing in the European Union and the United States. The Provider delivers exclusively to B2C customers.
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract. Details can be found in the Withdrawal Policy in section B.
The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been made.
For digital products (e.g., downloads), the right of withdrawal expires once the Customer agrees to the immediate execution of the contract and confirms the loss of the withdrawal right (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).
The statutory warranty rights apply. The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or breach of essential contractual obligations.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period starts on the day you or a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

DOYOUFEELMEIf you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. No fees apply. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
You must return the goods without delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping costs must be borne by you.
You are only liable for diminished value due to use beyond necessary examination of the nature and functioning of the goods.
