A. Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between
DOYOUFEELME, Owner: Max Hendrik Wessel, Wrangelstraße 12, 24536 Neumünster, Germany
(hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and consumers (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) via the online store at www.doyoufeelme.de.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§13 BGB).

Orders can be placed by customers residing in the European Union and the United States. The Provider delivers exclusively to B2C customers.

§ 2 Contract Formation

  1. The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
  2. By submitting the order, the Customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
  3. The contract is concluded when the Provider accepts the order via confirmation e-mail or by dispatching the goods within 5 business days.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

  1. All prices include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs. Prices are shown in EUR or USD based on the selected delivery country.
  2. The following payment methods are available:
    • Klarna (instant / invoice / installment – depending on availability)
    • Credit Card
    • SEPA Direct Debit
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
  3. The payment method will be charged immediately upon order confirmation.

§ 4 Shipping and Delivery

  1. All orders are shipped from Germany.
  2. Estimated delivery times:
    • Germany: 2–4 business days
    • EU countries: up to 7 business days
    • USA: up to 14 business days
  3. Customs duties or import taxes must be borne by the Customer.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract. Details can be found in the Withdrawal Policy in section B.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Digital Content

For digital products (e.g., downloads), the right of withdrawal expires once the Customer agrees to the immediate execution of the contract and confirms the loss of the withdrawal right (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

§ 8 Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. The Provider is only liable for damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  2. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Customer’s country may apply for international customers.
  3. The place of jurisdiction is Neumünster, Germany, if the Customer has no general jurisdiction in Germany.

B. Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period starts on the day you or a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise. No fees apply. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

You must return the goods without delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping costs must be borne by you.

You are only liable for diminished value due to use beyond necessary examination of the nature and functioning of the goods.
